How much is shipping? 

Our shipping costs just £10.79 per parcel which includes VAT.  Generally, one parcel can hold up to four frames. 

Will you ship overseas?

Of course! Anything is possible. However, we do suggest you get in contact prior to purchase so that we can discuss this option with you. We are more than happy to help. 

I've ordered a bespoke frame, how long will it take you to make?

We aim to have all orders sent out between 7-14 days from the purchase date. I've received my order. How do I fit my art work in the frame?

Excellent! You've received your frames... but now you have found difficulty in securing your work in the frame. No problem, you are not the first person to ask. For paper and board installations:

• Bend black tabs upwards
• Take out backing board 
• Insert image 
• Place backing board 
• Bend tabs firmly on backing board 

For Canvas images with a shadow gap:

• Remove bag of nails from back of frame 
• Place and centre your image in the frame 
• Insert your screws into the pre drilled pilot holes and drill your image into the frame 

Do you personally deliver? 

At Forest Frames we offer the best service in the industry. We can offer a personal delivery service if your order is of large quantity or highly fragile. Please get in contact with us and we can discuss this option with you.
